Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Our 1 day rate is good for anytime in a 1 day period from 9:00AM- 8:00PM. Everyday after the first full day will be 50% off. If you would like your equipment dropped off the evening before or picked up the following morning after your event we can do that for a 15% overnight fee, please reach out after booking to add this to your reservation.

The only item that set up/ tear down is included in the base price is tents. Tables and chairs will be delivered in a stack and is your responsibility to set up and tear down. We can do the set up/ tear down for tables and chairs for an additional $1 per table and $.50 per chair.

We can set up our tents on any surface! Please let us know at booking if it will be on grass or a hard surface.

We only require a $25 deposit to book and the remaining balance is not due until we show up with your equipment!

We can get almost any type/ color of linen (tablecloths, seat covers, sages, etc) with a 7 day notice. Please text us at 865-214-7827 pictures of what you would like and how many.

We charge a flat fee of $50 for any rentals that has to be picked up after 8:00PM.

As early as possible, we generally have bookings for 12-18 months out so the earlier you get your order in the better we can assure you we will have your product in stock.
