Yes! All of our equipment is cleaned thoroughly. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

You can find one of our vast selection of tables, chairs, and games at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Our earliest rental delivery starts at 8:00AM and latest pickup is 8:00 PM. We are able to deliver earlier or later than those times but a notice is required and additional fees may apply.

Only if the additional fees are paid. Base pricing does not include set up and tear down. If you do not pay the extra fee, the delivery technician will leave your order in a stack and you will be responsible for set up and tear down. Chairs are an additional $.25 each and tables are $1 each.

An overnight fee will be applied and we will pick up the equipment the following day between 7AM-10AM. The overnight fee is 15% of the order total.

Payment is due the day before the event or at the time of delivery if paying with cash. Exact change must be given if paying in cash as our delivery technicians do not carry cash.

Yes! We’re always looking to expand and hoping to make a huge expansion by fall of 2023.

Yes. The customer must return the equipment the way they received it. If equipment requires excessive cleaning after pickup the customer is subject to $100 cleaning fee.

Unfortunately no, RA Rentals is a delivery only company. This is due to insurance reasons and high risk of theft.

Yes! We offer two 10×20 tents which can be combined to make a 20×20 tent which offers 400 Square feet of shade.

Unfortunately no, our tent line is intended to be used for sun shade purposes only. If severe weather is in the forecast we will have to remove the tents from your rental.
